i everyone. Feeling absolutely super after yesterday’s most profitable day. Two of the three premium bets won at 4/1 (adv) and 8/1 and both lays of the day bit the dust. Many people are viewing my site but not many are taking advantage of my free 7 days service for premium bets and lays. You really are missing out and these are my very strong fancies.
In the last 7 days the premium bets are showing a profit of 27 points, which is incredible . The lays of the day are showing a profit of over 12 points. It’s all there for you on a plate,so please sign up and take advantage, especially today as my vest bet of the day is a longshot.
The free tips are going well. My best free tip of the day Come on Blue Chip which won at ease at 5/1 and I also recommended a good each way bet on Thomas Crapper, which won at Cheltenham at 16/1
On to today.
Cheltenham = good ground now on this unique track which is testing.
12.40 A highly difficult start to proceedings with this juvenile hurdle Royal Irish Hussar is arguably the best juvenile hurdler seen so far this season, however Cheltenham is a bit of a law to itself , and both of his wins have been on easy tracks , so at 6/5, he’s not an attractive bet. Two ex-French horses, Art Mauresque and Azza , are both good and are now with top stables so they must have chances. Guitar Pete comes from Ireland, but he was only a modest sort on the flat and this class could find him out. Herod The Great is going well but this track may not suit him as he was only a miler on the flat . NO Bet
1.15 PREMIUM BET
1.50 A cracking race in store and it is extremely open. Last year’s Scottish Grand national winner Godsmejudge makes his seasonal reappearance off his new high mark, but you wouldn’t back against this youngster being up to it, and also his Cheltenham form is good. The short list is long with Knockara Beau, Monbeg Dude, Tour Des Champs , Alvarado and Bradley all in with great chances. Tour Des Champs is now down to a very workable handicap mark and only the trip can beat him.
¾ pt win Tour Des Champs @ 7/1
2.30 The race of the day, the Paddy Power Class 1 handicap . Of the outsiders , Woolcombe Folly wont be far away at 33/1and the first time blinkers could well improve Astacad , who is very attractive at 20/1. Rajdhani Express went from strength to strength last season and this youngster must be a contender. The tip is the very classy Champion Court, who rarely runs in handicaps and though he’s conceding lots of weight to some useful types, he is well priced to do the biz.
¾ pt ew Champion Court @ 8/1
3.00 PREMIUM RACE
3.35 A fascinating novices hurdle and lots with a chance. Timesremembered stepped up o previous efforts when pulverising a decent field in the mud at Chepstow last time , however the ground is much quicker today and it remains to be seen if he is ground dependent. There’s really no knowing how good Drop Out Joe is as he comes here on hat-trick winning two Ok races with consummate ease. Both Rally and Touberra need to improve to feature while Irish raider Indevan was going nowhere fast when falling at the latter stages last time out and needs to improve to feature. Creepy runs this track very well , he is not far behind th best of these on the ratings and the drop to this trip looks a smart move.
¾ pt ew Creepy @ 8/1
4.05 A huge field for this bumper. The unbeaten Legacy Gold gives weight to all of the field and this tough mare has just joined David Pipe, so she could improve even more, but all of her wins have been on easy tracks, The king of the bumpers, Willie Mullins , sends the unbeaten Supreme Ballerina over and she looks the one to beat. They are very lightly raced and an outsider very well priced is The Govaness, who has good track form and the stable is going well.
¼ pt ew The Govaness @ 33/1
Lingfield- all weather, polytrack, some really good racing here today.
11.50 This is a really weak opener and Buster brown is the 6/5favourite to double up on his first run for Gary Moore. He is now very high in the weights and doesn’t have any from at Lingfield. It is a weak race though and he might just get away with it but Queen of Skies could surprise. She is now with her 3rd trainer on only her 6th run and she ha shown bits of form to make her of interest in this contest, especially as the Appleby stable is in red hot from.
½ pt ew Queen of Skies @ 16/1
12.20 Another unappealing handicap with many out of form and badly handicapped runners. Malih is well weighted and though he is not proved t this trip is fairly priced to come home first.
¾ pt win Malih @7/2
12.50 A very open claimer Cash Is King has been off for a while and has his first run for the Litmoden stable, so we’ll watch him. All of Tabaayun, Countrymen, Poitin Not rig and Taxiformissbyrom have chances but Tabaayun has just about the best level of form on this surface.
¼ pt win Tabaayun @ 5/1
1.25 Epic Storm and Thewandaofu are short priced joint favourites but neither have a polytrack pedigree and Steventon Star , though kept to sprinting, is bred for this trip and on his first start for Alan Bailey can cause a shock.
½ pt win Steventon Star @ 15/2
2.00 A cracking class 2 handicap and favourite is Solar deity, who must go close even though he’s now high in the ratings. Loyalty wasn’t far behind Slar deity at Kemtpon and this polytrack specialist looks like he’s been trained with this race in mind and is certainly worth a bet at the odds.
½ pt ew Loyalist @ 20/1
2.35 A Class 1 stakes and the best in at the weights is Prince Alzain who is unbeaten at Wolverhampton ,but performed with credit on his only run here , and he’s very fairly priced today.
1pt win Prince Alzain @ 7/2
3.10 A Class 1 sprint and they wont be hanging around with front runners Ballista, Take Cover and Tangerine Trees in the field. None of these now look contenders and yesterday the hold up horses did well , especially coming stands side and this gives Hitchens a great chance. He should be competitive anyway on these weights but with the race very much likely run to suit, he’s a cracking each way bet.
¾ pt ew Hitchens @ 13/2
3.45 From the sublime to the ridiculous. Don’t have a bet on this, the best horse in the race is rated only 44 !! No value in betting here . No Bet
Wetherby – good to soft ground on this top jumps track which is flat and fair
12.25 Those which have run are no great shakes, including favourite Run Ructions Run, who does need further than today’s trip.Three decent flat horses have their jumps debut. Princess Caetani was the best on the flat but how she’ll do over jumps we’ll know after the race. Both Dewala and Villa Royale are also fir from the flat and are decent types and have jumping blood in the family.
¼ pt rev fc Dewala- Villa Royale
12.55 Mwaleshi was the best of these over hurdles but was beaten miles on his reappearance at Aintree recently and at best needs just watching today. Jimmie Brown wont be god enough but the other three are closely matched but the form of the McCian stable leads me towards Supreme Asset.
¼ pt win Supreme Asset @ 9/2
2.05 A very tough handicap. Denali Highway is on a four timer but is up in the weights and in trip so there’s a few doubts there. Grouse Lodge is not out of this despite a rise in the weights . No Planning is a tougjh and honest type who runs this rack well but this trip could be too far . I’m having a little on Scotwell who jumped much better last time and is well handicapped.
¼ pt win Scotswell @ 5/1
2.40 Badger Boy is only having his 3rd race in 18 months and his wellbeing must be in question. Tresor De L’Isle is only young and improving but does prefer much softer ground. Goodto know and Twice Lucky both demand consideration but the improving Midnight Charmeris taken to defy the handicapper.
½ pt win Midnight Charmer @ 4/1
3.15 A lot of these have race against each other over course and distance recently and the one which comes out best at the weights is Dumbarton ,whose small stable remains in good form and he’s very attractively priced. Don’t rule out The Bull Hayes, who is very dangerously handicapped and the stable is going really well.
½ pt ew Dumbarton @ 10/1
3.50 Blakemount is the odds on favourite but could well need a stiffer track and softer ground. Decent flat horse King Kurt will like both the trip and ground and his stable is going well.
½ pt win King Kurt @ 12/1
Uttoxeter – soft ground on this undulating track
12.35 Many of these are dropping in trip so the race doesn’t appeal. It remains to be seen whether market rivals Chase The Spud and It’s a Doddle have the pace for this. Can’t find an eachway alternative- sorry- No et
1.05 Special Accout has a lot more on his plate for winning a modest race at Exeter and it’s going to be close between San Telm and Coacobana. I can’t separate them.
¼ pt rev fc Copacabana- San Telm
1.40 Ashes Hpuse has comfortably the best form , but does have a few holidays between races which gives concern. Also he’s 4/7 !! No bet
2.15 Though he is up in the weights and facing more testing ground, Finding Your Feet has found a soft race to double up. The Jugopolist does have ablity but has lost the plot, but could well come good again. Alborz is a tough type who can’t be ruled out.
¾ pt win Finding Your Feet @ 3/1
2.50 Pagham Belle ran very well last time out and can go one better here. Neither Logical Aproach nor Adili can be ruled out.
½ pt win Pagham Belle @ 7/2
3.25 A very tough handicap to close. Hollins is well weighted but I’d want more than 6/1 as he doesn’t excel on soft ground. Dancing Art is very lightly raced and looks a fragile type while Duke of Monmouth is dangerously well handicapped but his last two runs were uncharacteristically bad. Ringa Bay showed a lot more dash last time and is worth a small bet at the odds.
¼ pt win Ringa Bay @ 7/1
Wolverhampton- all weather- polytack
5.50 PREMIUM RACE
6.20 Canton needs a longer trip but this could be just right for Bond Artist . Buaiteoir and Aureoiln Gulf are both interesting longdhots.
¼ pt win Bond Artist @ 7/2
6.50 Bouclier was odds on for his debut and he’s odds on tonight, but he hardly looked a world beater on his debut. Like A Diamond has good polytrack form in Ireland and is interesting on his debut for jumps trainer Evan Williams. Mark Johnston’s newcomer Doldrums , cost a packet, but lots of them do and don’t always do the biz. Memphis Magic hasn’t been running badly at all and is worth a small bet at the odds.
¼ pt ew Memphis Magic @ 10/1
7.20 James Tate runs two here in Invincible Strike and Zalzilah and though they are both very decent types the very poor form of the tate stable is still a concern. Touch the Clouds is up in the weights and in trip so he’s got a lot on , while Pound Piece is also poorly handicapped. Quickaswecan makes his polytrack debut and is a possibility, but doesn’t have a pedigree for the surface. The tip is Captain Midnight who remains well weighted and acts on the surface .
1pt win Captain Midnight @ 4/1
7.50 Nice Life is even money and looks the winner but I can’t play at that price. No bet
8.20 In form filly Jazzy Lad goes for the hat-trick and has little to beat and good apprentice Eoin Walsh takes 7 pounds off her back to balance the penalty. But at 7/4 she’s not for me. NO BET
8.50 Only two matter here and Personal opinion looks good to get off the mark at the expense of the lightly raced Al Busayir, but at even money, no thank you. NO Bet
9.20 Not many run over this minimum trip, including favourite Dark Lane from the in form David Evans stable. Megaleka is speedy but terribly drawn and the tip is Quality Art , who’s well weighted and drawn and this is his trip.
¼ pt win Quality Art @ 8/1
