Stand by for a Magnificent May

April was a profitable month for all members as Premium Tip Singles, Multis and lays all ended up with modest profits

I have decided to keep stats for Premium tip multis, so you can then see the massive returns possible.

£20 is a fair stake to risk on the multi. I would recommend the following

A £1 yank ( £11 pound) , or if the tips are long odds, an ew yank

Extra £1 win doubles

And an extra £1.50 ew acca

I was well satisfied with my tipping at the recent Jumps Festivals at Cheltenham, Aintree and Punchestown ,

with a host of winners, many at long odds , at each track.

I am equally adept at finding good priced winners on the flat and look forward to the challenges ahead

I have recently switched to Bet365 as my principal bookmaker, and it's been a smart move with so many extra place

races, and as many of my tips are ew , it make sense to include these concessions as part of the stats . I will in future

point this out with the tip write up

It's time to blow my own trumpet.

We enter May  on the back of a successful time  for both the Premium Tips and the Laying service.

In fact in the last 12 months , we came out with healthy profits of 96pts for Premium Tips and 111pt for lays.

I'm now in my 5th year as a professional tipster and every year we have come out on top for both Tips and Lays .

Not every tip is a winner but you can bet with confidence knowing that overall you'll come out on top.

I consider betting  on the horses my hobby and all hobbies cost money, but I have proved that you can enjoy all the

pleasures a hobby brings and also come out with a profit .

I recently won the Naps League on Twitter for tipsters, which has landed me the Hat-trick of the 3 major online

competitions for Tipsters. I had previously won both the prestigious Betref and Rating the Races, which have many

hundreds of entrants

I'm Parking Burrows with the Nap in the 3.35

Today’s Fortune for a fiver

20p ew Yank & 30p ew acca

Martila 2.25 @ 14/1

Burrows Park 3.35 @ 8/1

Gracious John 3.45 @ 8/1

Sha La La la Lee 3.10 @ 7/2

Selected Bangor- very soft ground on this flat and sharp track

1.40 Shantaluze has a double penalty to shoulder, but as both wins came here in the mud that gives him the edge over West to The bridge. Nice bet at the odds.

1/4pt win Shantaluze @ 11/2

2.50 This looks a match between, the 4 timer seeking Shanroe Tic Tec, who really hasn’t broken sweat winning of late, and has form on soft ground, against Tigeralley who appreciated te drop to this trip last time in the Uttoxeter mud when making all for a clear win. 4 timer beckons

1/2pt Win shanroe Tic Tec @ 13/8

2.50 Flashjack bounced back to form last time and again has conditions to suit, and this  wont take much winning , but at the weights , slight preference for mud loving and well weighted Looks Like Power. Both of these are severe hold up types, but a couple of front runners in the field should assure a true gallop.

1/4pt Win Looks like Power @ 5/1

4.00 You can find more negatives than positives against all of these, but I’m just hoping that Socksy has recovered from his last hard race, as besides that, ticks the most boxes.

1/4pt Win Socksy @ 5/1

Selected Kelso- probably good to soft on this undulating and sharp track

1.50 Despite winning last time, Tokarmore is a no hoper against thus opposition , and the remaining trio are closely matched at he ratings, but My old Gold could be struggling for pace at this shorter trip . The superior jumping of the very tough Kalahari Queen gives her the nod.

1/2pt Win Kalahari Queen @ 2/1

2.25 Plenty of in form types here but of course all are penalised and few have good form around this tricky track. One who always goes well here is Martila , a win and 4 places in 6 tries, and is on a very fair mark and this willing hold up type has a good race make up for a hold up type with so many front runners in the field. Very nice longshot.

1/2pt ew Martila @ 14/1

3.00 PREMIUM RACE

3.35 It wouldn’t be a Saturday if Venetia Williams didn’t land a race somewhere and I’m with the consistent Burrows Park, whose been going well off his mark and does shape very much as this longer trip will help.

1/2pt ew Burrows Park @ 8/1

4.10 the very wonderful Alizee de Janeiro comes into this with 4 wins in her last 6 races, 3 of them coming here. She’s now on a high mark, but so are the likeable and in form pair of Halcyon Days and Budarri, but gets the nod on her track form.

1/4pt Win Alizee De Janeiro @ 3/1

4.45 Benny’s secret heralded a return to form last time and the return to this C&d very much in his favour with 3 of his 4 career wins coming here.

1/4pt Win Benny’s secret @ 6/1

Selected Lingfield- all weather- polytrack

2.00 The very likeable Rakematiz frequently carries my money, and owes me nothing, but off a career high mark and up in trip, forced into looking elsewhere. Music Major landed a weak event over C&d last time and Sotomayor was 3rd in  an even weaker over C&D. Outofthequstion won 2 turf handicaps last year , but a recent comeback spin on this surface hardly encouraging. Sauchiehall Street landed a double on the tapeta in the Autumn, and has held hs form pretty well in subsequent runs off around this mark. Not well drawn, but worth a play at nice odds in a winnable race.

1/2pt ew Sauchiehall street @ 8/1

3.10 Again Sha La la La lee showed what a tough cookie he is to pass with an all the way win over C&D last time , his first time on polytrack, just scrambling home from the consistent pair of family fortunes and Insurgence, and at today’s weights, there will be little between them again, but as the tip’s very likely to have his own way up front, could just get the winning run of the race. Executive force was on a 3 year losing run until winning at Newcastle,, but since then has won 4 from 5 and was 2nd to a smart one in the other. Has to have claims again.

1/2pt Win Sha La la La lee @7/2

3.45 I love these good quality sprint handicaps and as usual, first job is to find where the early pace will come from, but as the flying pair of Doctor Sardonicus and Corintha Knight are badly drawn , the early pacers will be Gracious john and Verne Castle, but as the former is better drawn and has been holding his form well over C&d, this could drop his way. Royal birth won well over C&d last time, but is another poorly drawn while the massively progressive and consistent Mehoob has a bit to prove down in trip.

1/2pt ew gracious john @ 8/1

Selected Newbury- probably good to soft on this flat and galloping track

2.05 PREMIUM RACE

2.40 PREMIUM RACE

3.15 This always a fiercely competitive affair and this year no exception. The short list is very long but the nod goes to the tough and tenacious Off The Hook, whose stable has travelled some way for this.

 1/4pt ew Off The Hook @ 11/1

3.50 Full marks for Gala Ball who ran a cracker returning from a length break over C&D last time, but will have company up front from the flying Foxtail Hill , and with Gala Ball a possible candidate to bounce, a tricky contest. Valdez bounced back to form last time and adds to the difficulty.

No Bet

5.35 The likeable Lillington is 6 pounds higher for a recent C&D win , but well worth risking in a winnable race.

1/2pt win Lillington @ 3/1

Selected  Kempton – all weather – polytrack

5.25 facethepuckout bounced back to form with an excellent 2nd at Lingfield last time, and the form looks good with the front two drawing clear. We’ll have to pout up with the 2 pound rise and from a good draw in an easier race, must be a cracking ew bet .

½ pt ew Facethepuckout @ 7/1

6.00 Not a great deal to go on and the expensive Ghaith, could be up to winning this first time out. Velvet morn has run a couple of respectable races here, and the drop in trip and a good jockey booking, merits a dabble.

1/4pt Win Velvet Morn @ 4/1

6.30 star of war has some good form, but hasn’t run for almost 6 months and did end the season with a tame one. He’s 1/2 for this, and  I must say I’ve seen ones with better credentials at these odds before.

No Bet

7.30 Cardsharp is a useful type and worth his lofty mark of 110, but concedes weight all round and I prefer a play on the progressive Crossing the Line which looks a match.

1/4pt Win Crossing The Line @ 10/3

8.00 The very wonderful treacherous goes for the 4 timer and has looked a different proposition since dropped to this trip , and the 2 pound penalty may well not stop him.

1/2pt Win treacherous @ 11/4

8.30 the ex- French kings advice won easily on his first start for  Mark Johnston, and the form looks better now as the 3rd horse won at Lingfield today. The 6 pound penalty will test and will find it very hard dominating again from flagfall with other front runners in the field and also from an adverse draw. Galactic Spirit is open to improvement, is well drawn and has a top jockey riding and was only beaten a length over C&d last time .

1/2pt ew Galactic spirit @ 6/1
