Expecting A Joyful January

December  was a satisfactory month with small profits for Premium Tip singles  and lays

and was the 9th winning month in succession for Premium Tip Members   !

You remain with a tipster at the very top of the game and in  December I won The Rating The Races

Tipping competition coming out on top of some 250 other entrants.

I was also runner up in the Elite Section of a different online tipster comp

The problems with registration appear to have resurfaced but I have somebody working on it.

If you have problems PLEASE contact me via e-mail .

I have decided to keep stats for Premium tip multis, so you can then see the massive returns possible.

£20 is a fair stake to risk on the multi. I would recommend the following

A £1 yank ( £11 pound) , or if the tips are long odds, an ew yank

Extra £1 win doubles

And an extra £1.50 ew acca

I have recently switched to Bet365 as my principal bookmaker, and it's been a smart move with so many extra place

races, and as many of my tips are ew , it make sense to include these concessions as part of the stats . I will in future

point this out with the tip write up

I consider betting  on the horses my hobby and all hobbies cost money, but I have proved that you can enjoy all the

pleasures a hobby brings and also come out with a profit .

Todays FREE tips wording2

Burrows Saint , a heavenly tip for the Irish National

Fairyhouse Fortune for a fiver

 6 50p doubles , 4 25p trebles & 50p ew acca

Gardens of Babylon 2.40 @ 7/4

Getaway John 3.15 @ 11/1

Burrows Saint 5.00 @ 7/1

Rogue Angel 5.40 @ 14/1

Selected Huntingdon- good ground on this flat and galloping track

2.15 A weak contest, but the recent form of Gentlemen Moore is just the stronger and good chance of an overdue win.

¼ pt win Gentlemen Moore @ 5/1

3.25 A tricky small field mares hurdle and all 6 come here in the kind of form to be contenders. Slight preference is for Admiral’s sunset, who ran two good races on good ground in the Autumn before outrunning her long odds when a commendable 5th in a Listed race in the mud. We have to trust her fitness but stll a nice bet at the odds.

¼ pt win Admiral’s Sunset @ 8/1

Selected Fakenham- good ground on this flat and tight track- speed track

4.05 Hear The Chimes is a reliable soul who runs his race whatever is chucked at him . Today’s C&d and ground look sure to suit anyway and overpriced in this.

¼ pt win Hear The Chimes @ 8/1

No Fakenham placepot

Selected Plumpton – good ground on this gently undulating and sharp track.

2.25 The drop in trip could catch out the in form pair if Ruby Yeats and Our Rockstar and I like the look of the lightly raced Fortia, who ran well for a long way last time returning from a break. Very lively longshot.

½ p ew Fortia @ 16/1

3.35 This will take little winning and likely to provide compensation for the lightly raced Itsonlyrockandroll who looked sure to play a hand in the finish recently over C&D until taking a late fall.

½ pt win Itsonlyrockandroll @ 3/1

4.10 A very weak chase and we have an odds on shot in Brother Bennett , who won over C&D last time, but off a testing 7 pound higher mark, you’d have to be a bit mad to plunge in, but Richard birch of the RP puts him up as an excellent bet !! Expected that rot from him. No No Cardinal doesn’t win many , but this could well drop his way.

½ pt win NO No Cardinal @ 4/1

4.45 A tricky stayers hurdle , but the consistent Pray For A Rainbow can gain a deserved win with ground and trip ideal.

¼ pt win Pray for a Rainbow @ 10/3

No advice from Cork today

Selected Redcar- good to firm on this flat and galloping track

2.30 This is there for the taking and having a dabble on the well treated and in form Afandem, who is a professional loser, 0 wins for 3 years, but 2 wins from 3 tries in this grade.

¼ pt win Afendem @ 11/2

3.40 The inform Saluti is hard to win with and would prefer an extra furlong, The Armed Man won twice last year on fast turf and despite a testing mark on his reappearance , worth a dabble at nice odds.

¼ pt win The Armed Man @7/1

Redcar placepot

Selected Chepstow- good ground on this undulating, galloping and stiff track

2.00 About this time last year Cape Highway was consistent in good ground hurdles around this trip , but has only recently returned from a long break , and as the most recent was a step in the right direction, worth a try .

¼ pt win Cape Highway @ 10/1

No Chepstow placepot

Selected Fairyhouse good ground on this undulating and galloping track

2.40 This looks to boil down to a couple of useful juveniles in Coeur Sublime and Gardens of Babylon, 2nd and 3rd in the Triumph Hurdle, but on better ground, fancy the latter for revenge.

¼ pt win Garden of Babylon @ 7/4

3.15 Wilie Mullins eight and Bob has certainly now got the message and comes here on a hat-trick , but the 15 pound hit will take some overcoming . The consistent Getaway John is rarely far away and his recent 3rd in his first handicap , puts him bang in the picture.

1/2 pt ew Getaway John @ 11/1

3.50 At the weights little between the 3 market leaders in Off You Go , Wicklow Brave and Petit Mouchoir, and I’m with the latter as he’s unexposed at this trip and ran well in the 3 mile hurdle at Cheltenham for a long way .

¼ pt win Petit Mouchoir @ 11/2

5.00 The Irish grand National and One of the few big prizes to elude the master Willie Mullins, but he’s mob handed today with 7 runners, and believe it could be his day. The fav, Burrows Saint has very much the profile of a big winner about to happen. This lightly raced youngster landed a Grade 3 chase last time , winning as he pleased and the win puts him on  a most workable mark .I like one of Mullins outsiders in the unexposed and once useful Acapella Bourgeois , who impressed winning last time.

½ pt win Burrows Saint @ 7/1  ¼ pt ew Acapella Bourgeois @ 33/1  - why not, a small rev fc

5.40 This is a drop in grade for the capable course winner Rogue Angel and some of his recent runs gave been pretty good. Could surprise.

¼ pt ew Rogue Angel @ 14/1

Fairyhouse placepot

Selected Wolver- all weather- tapeta

3.55 Shamlan is rarely far away but wins are elusive. His mark is fine and he runs this C&D well, so a nice ew bet and this could drop his way.

¼ pt ew Shamian @ 9/1

No Wolver placepot
