Hoping for Jubilation in July

June was a very difficult month with a stack of long priced unlikely winners and many horses with very solid chances

running way below their chance. As the month went on, the winners started coming and i found a number of double

figure odds winners . We came out with a loss but the laying service managed a small profit . Racing is more settled

and I expect a far better level of success in July .

You remain with a tipster at the very top of the game and in  December I won The Rating The Races

Tipping competition coming out on top of some 250 other entrants.

I was also runner up in the Elite Section of a different online tipster comp

The problems with registration appear to have resurfaced but I have somebody working on it.

If you have problems PLEASE contact me via e-mail .

I have decided to keep stats for Premium tip multis, so you can then see the massive returns possible.

£20 is a fair stake to risk on the multi. I would recommend the following

A £1 yank ( £11 pound) , or if the tips are long odds, an ew yank

Extra £1 win doubles

And an extra £1.50 ew acca

I have recently switched to Bet365 as my principal bookmaker, and it's been a smart move with so many extra place

races, and as many of my tips are ew , it make sense to include these concessions as part of the stats . I will in future

point this out with the tip write up

I consider betting  on the horses my hobby and all hobbies cost money, but I have proved that you can enjoy all the

pleasures a hobby brings and also come out with a profit .

Beryl a Peril to the others in the 4.55

Today's multis

20pew yank & 30p ew acca

Storm Ahead 3.45 @ 25/1

Dave Dexter 3.00 @ 8/1

Red Galileo 2.45 @ 10/1

After JOhn 2.10 @ 8/1

6 50p doubles 4 25p trebles & 50p ew acca

Beryl The Petal 4.55 @ 3/1

Whelan's Way 4.45 @ 7/2

Capafaro 3.05 @ 6/1

Great Bear 5.05 @ 3/1

Selected Beverley- good to firm on this stiff and galloping track

1.25 The consistent Love Dreams keeps finding a few too many but should be able to control things from flagfall as drawn and does run like this stiff C&d will suit.

¼ pt win Love Dreams 4/1

3.15 A valuable Class 2 sprint for juvenile colts , but we have a short priced fav in Oh Purple Reign , but both of his runs have been at 6 furlongs, so despite this being a punishing 5 furlongs, would do well to win and despite the small field, the wide draw no help. I’m with the longshot in Rodnee Tee, successful over C&D on debut on quick ground making all, and has held his form well since. He’s going to try and make all again and from the best of the draw, a nice bet to succeed.

½ pt win Rodnee Tee @ 12/1

3.45 Very hard to get excited about the prospects of many in this , despite the big field. There is little early pace so worth giving the hard to win with Storm Ahead another chance. Not a great draw, but should be able to grab an all important early pitch and a most lively longshot.

½ pt ew Storm Ahead @ 25/1

4.55  It’s not a deep race and it offers a great opportunity for the well drawn and consistent Beryl The Petal , especially from a good draw and a return to this trip and not hard seeing her bombing it up on the far rails to nail an overdue and deserved win. The consistent Strawberry Jack gained due reward for a series of good efforts in defeat,  but the 7 pound hit is very harsh and has the worst of the draw and a very inexperienced rider in the saddle.

¾ pt win Beryl The Petal @ 3/1

Selected Haydock= heavy ground on this flat and galloping track.

1.45 None of the four have ever encountered heavy ground but the fancied Alhaazm didn’t see this trip out last time on good ground ! The consistent Paradise Boy is bred to stay and has soft ground winners in the pedigree.

½ pt win Paradise Boy @ 4/1

2.25 An odds on fav is Willie Mullins’ prolific mare in True Self , whose won 4 of his 5 races and has a clear edge at the weights, but Klassique is a talented and tough filly , well worth her lofty rating and was impressive winning on good to soft and could shake up the fav.

½ pt ew Klassique @ 11/2

3.00 Intense Romance took off and how last year , landing a hat-trick , on deep ground, taking her mark from 86 up to 104, but showed little on her comeback spin , and last year , she never sparkled until the Autumn. Stake Acclaim returned from a lengthy break with an impressive win on soft ground, but if he can reproduce that level form second race back is the question, Youngster Dave Dreamer is 1 from 1 on heavy ground , this coming in a listed sprint at Ayr , and his recent comeback spin will have cleared a few cobwebs as he had no chance from a wide draw at Chester.  Maid In India goes a great gallop throughout and loves the mud.

½ pt ew Dave Dreamer @ 8/1

3.35 Safe Voyage has won 4 of his last 5 races, 3 of then coming over C&D in the mud and is the likely winner today, but with most of the field being late players, may not be as straight forward as you’d think.

½ pt win Safe Voyage @ 13/8

4.45   Whelan’s Way is a youngster on the up and after landing a soft ground win at Ascot, ran well on good ground last time. The return to the mud is certainly in his favour.

½ pt win Whelan’s Way @ 7/2

5.20 Sparklealot landed 3 wins from just 8 starts last year and while now on a testing mark, he is proven in the mud.

¼ pt win Sparklot @ 6/1

Selected Chelmsford City- all weather- polytrack

3.05 The very wonderful Capfaro rattled up a sequence of 5 wins and a 2nd in 6 starts on a variety of al weather surfaces but despite running a fair race last time off her new mark on turf , found things a lot tougher. She tried to lead all the way that day from a bad draw , and only gave best late on. When last successful, at Kempton, she led all the way and spread-eagled a big field. She’s nicely drawn and another win wouldn’t surprise.

½ pt win Capafaro @ 6/1

3.40 A good quality Clas 2 handicap and an overdue and deserved win could be coming for the well drawn front running Commander Han, who arguably could have done better in his last two runs, but did well prior to that and in 4 runs her has a win and 3 places to his name.

¼ pt ew Commander Han @ 11/1

Chelmsford City placepot

Selected Newmarket- good ground on this undulating, galloping and stiff track

2.10 As quite a few of these are looking exposed off their marks, I’m trying the consistent and lightly raced After John, whose good runs have all come on stiff tracks and fast ground and fairly weighted on those efforts.

½ pt win After John @ 8/1

2.45 Red Galileo is getting no younger but credit to him that he is still rated  a lofty 104. In recent seasons he has been frequently placed but wins have always been elusive, but looks a very nice ew play in this. In just 8 runs in Class 2 he’s hit the frame 5 times.

½ pt ew Red Galileo @ 10/1

5.05 Great Bear won well on his comeback race and is well handicapped on that performance.

½ pt win Great Bear @ 3/1

Selected Lingfield- first 3 races polytrack, last 4 turf- good ground

5.40 Not a deep opener and a race for lady amateur jockeys. Limerick lord disappointed last time, but previously had been in great form and also ran well here . He’s nicely drawn for a prominent racer and ridden by a capable jockey. The two months break is a concern, but at the odds worth risking.

¼ pt win Limerick Lord @ 5/1

6.10 Land of Winter ran well on turf at this trip last time and has been eased in the weights and this lightly raced youngster doesn’t have a huge task.

¼ pt win Land of Winter @ 6/1

Lingfield placepot

Selected Chepstow- heavy ground on this undulating, galloping and pretty stiff track

8.00 Sir Roderic won well here recently and backed that up with another good effort> Wont mind the mud a nice bet.

½ pt win Sir Roderic @ 6/1

8.30 There’s a stack of early pace in this which should set it up nicely for late player Union Rose,  who goes well here and soft ground is Ok.

¼ pt win Union Rose @ 6/1
