Hopeful of a June 1st start

It now looks likely that Uk racing will resume on June 1st followed by Ireland a week later.

All memberships which were active until the abandonment of domestic horse racing will restart on June 1st and last

for the whole of June .

This is a bonus for all members, which I see as being just .

The pandemic is not over so please look after yourselves and hope very much you've suffered no loss

You remain with a tipster at the very top of the game and in  December I won The Rating The Races

Tipping competition coming out on top of some 250 other entrants.

I was also runner up in the Elite Section of a different online tipster comp

The problems with registration appear to have resurfaced but I have somebody working on it.

If you have problems PLEASE contact me via e-mail .

I have decided to keep stats for Premium tip multis, so you can then see the massive returns possible.

£20 is a fair stake to risk on the multi. I would recommend the following

A £1 yank ( £11 pound) , or if the tips are long odds, an ew yank

Extra £1 win doubles

And an extra £1.50 ew acca

I have recently switched to Bet365 as my principal bookmaker, and it's been a smart move with so many extra place

races, and as many of my tips are ew , it make sense to include these concessions as part of the stats . I will in future

point this out with the tip write up

I consider betting  on the horses my hobby and all hobbies cost money, but I have proved that you can enjoy all the

pleasures a hobby brings and also come out with a profit .

Gilmer a long shot who could surprise in the 2.30

Today’s  Fortune for a fiver

The Delicious Double

£2.50 ew double

Be Bold 3.05 @ 6/1

Retirement Beckons 3.40 @ 7/1

Selected Leicester- good to firm on this stiff and galloping track

1.50 Law of Peace has gone close in both of his starts and this should be very much third time lucky. This well drawn prominent racer went close over C&d and despite there being some interesting newcomers In the field, would need to run to a good level to deprive the tip.

¾ pt win Law Of Peace @ 10/11

3.25 The front running Lord Riddiford has a very good record in this grade and the switch to quick turf and a stiff track no issue.

½ pt win Lord Riddiford @ 9/4

Selected Hamilton- soft ground on this undulating, stiff and galloping track

2.30 With the testing ground worth chancing mudlark Gilmer, who has dropped to a very good mark and a few recent runs haven’t been bad at all. He’s a C&d winner and despite his poor win record , never been so low in the handicap.

½ pt ew Gilmer @ 14/1

3.05 & 3.40 Be bold is rarely far away and another good run is likely ,but remains hard to win with. Retirement Beckons is now on a stiff mark but runs this C&D well and no issues with soft ground. So this pair are an attractive ew double.

½ pt ew double Be Bold @ 6/1  Retirement Beckons @ 7/1

4.10 Black Kalanisi makes the 750 mile round trip and despite coming here in top for, has been nudged up in the weights and far from sure to appreciate this C&D in the mud. Stonific holds his form well and no issues with the ground. This is easier than of late.

¼ pt win Stonific @ 13/2

5.50 Star of Valour ran well over C&d last time in the mud and no reason why he wont run his race again in this apprentices race and has a good jockey aboard.

¼ pt ew Star of Valour @ 15/2

Selected Warwick- good ground on this flat and sharp track

2.45 Manofthemountain did well winning first time over fences and first time for Emma Lavelle, but I’m never keen on horses which have very light programmes. Templepark has a bit to prove at the longer trip , but is respected on his first run  for the good  stable of Fergal O’Brien and is a likeable type. Anteros sluiced in last time back at this trip and ground at Bangor so this C&d should be fine. The 5 pound hit could have been worse but of more concern is both the trainer’s and jockey’s records here.

¼ pt ew Anteros @ 13/2

3/15 Big penalty for Lovato after a good win last time and preference for the prolific Potterman, 4 wins from last 5 despite an increasing mark.

¼ pt win Potterman @ 5/2

3.50 Working Class  is rarely far away and comes here on the back of a good win, suggesting this longer trip would suit. Another though with a stable with scant success here, but a winnable heat.

1/4pt Win Working Class @ 7/2

No advice from Fairyhouse

Selected Kempton – all weather – polytrack

5.25 A tough task for the in form Fancy Flyer up in the ratings and trip and also a dodgy draw while the in form Swiss Pride has the worst of the draw. Jungle juice has been going well since dropping to this trip and fine on the surface but is another who could have been better drawn, but on balance, worth the risk.

¼ pt win jungle Juice @ 11/2

7.00 This looks a match between the back to form Pesto and the progressive Edaaratt, but on the scores of mark and C&d, the former gets the vote.

½ pt win Pesto @ 3/1

Kempton placepot
