Selected Lingfield – all weather- polytrack
12.50 PREMIUM RACE
1.20 Cranberry did well on debut with Paychck just behind but as she is drawn badly today, going for revenge in a race where few count .
¼ pt win Paycheck @ 4/1
1.55 A really good quality Class 2 handicap and the admirable and prolifc War Glory must be considered despite the penalty and the bad draw. The useful Documenting is well drawn and is entitled to get revenge over Wat Glory , but preference is for the talented Above The rest, who comes here in fine form with a close 3rd at his beloved Newcastle, but is effective here and will be finishing like the clappers.
¼ pt ew Above The Rest @ 8/1
2.30 A quality Class 1 for fillies and at the weights, little to separate many of these but preference is for the useful Preening , a late player who comes here on the back of an excellent 2nd on turf behind the much improved Breathtaking Look , who is penalised and similar to the likes of Chaleur, Coral Beach and She’s Got You, has a bit to prove on this surface while the tip has run to her good mark on polytack, Well drawn to run these down late.
½ pt win Preening @ 4/1
3.35 The ultra consistent and likeable Delphninia fully deserves a win and she’s been running big races in Group 1’s most of the season,. She has a huge advantage at the weights, but is new to the surface and she has only ever won once, so not appetising at odds on. Another Irish raider is Fresnal who warmed up for this with a good run on the Dundalk polytrack , who is bred to appreciate this longer trip.
¼ pt ew Fresnal @ 9/1
4.05 PREMIUM RACE
Selected Stratford- soft ground on this flat and sharp track
2.20 Black Op is useful at his best , but did run more bad ones than good last year and this sharp C&D may well not suit. No doubting the form of the consistent and talented Lisnagar Oscar , but again this C&d is on the sharp side. Down The Highway is useful and could upset higher rated rivals over a C&D which should suit.
¼ pt win Down The Highway @ 7/1
2.50 Skeaping and Ballyellis have both been mopping up In this grade of late and the former just got the better of the argument last time, but with a pull in the weights and a longer trip on softer ground, revenge looks well likely.
¾ pt win Ballyellis @ 10/11
3.25 A good quality Class 3 chase but found myself very able eliminating these on by one on ground of trip, mark and ground. Aintree My Dream is not in tip top form, but has dropped to a good mark, is 1 from 1 over C&d and relishes the mud. Lively longshot.
¼ pt ew Aintree My Dream @ 16/1

Selected Kempton – all weather- polytrack
4.40 despite this being the lowest grade of horse racing, few of these are hard to fancy and the likely winner is the capable Jacanory , who has run a couple of decent races over C&d of late.
¼ pt win Jacanory @ 4/1
5.10 PREMIUM RACE
5.40 Precious Storm finally found his niche with a C&d win last time, but goes up in grade and in the ratings. London Calling is consistent off this mark and trip and a deserved win can drop his way.
¼ pt win London Calling @ 3/1
6.10 Not a deep maiden and looks very good for the well drawn Secret Acquisition, who’s been 2nd in both tries here, running well last time from a bad draw.
½ pt win Secret Acquisition @ 6/5
6.40 Both Cantiniere and Good Ridings come here on hat-tricks and could be ahead of the game while the consistent just Tha Man could improve for the longer trip. Tricky.
7.10 Not a deep contest and looks good for the lightly raced Dawaaween , a lightly raced sort who runs in famous colours for a good stable and can supplement his C&d win off a 5 pound higher mark.
¼ pt win Dawaaween @ 6/4
7.40 This is very weak and the clear form horse is the lightly raced Tulane whose recent close 6th over C&d is good enough form to land this.
½ pt win Tulane @ 5/1
8.10 PREMIUM RACE
Selected Chelmsford City- all weather- polytrack
4.55 A short priced fav in the in form prominent racer Aigulette , but is a maiden ,could have been better drawn and goes up in trip, which is not sure to help. Few can be fancied in this weak heat and course winner The King’s Steed looks good after a decent 3rd returning from a break last time.
½ pt win The Kings Steed @ 11/4
5.25 Love Dreams looks good for this claimer but don’t believe in taking short odds in this grade.
6.25 Not a deep race and the bookies look to have got this right with recent C&D 2nd Amjaady and recent Newcastle winner Skerryone heading the market and as this one has a bit to prove on this surface and also has a penalty, the former gets the nod.
¼ pt win Amjaady @ 11/4
