Expecting a Divine December

Registration problems sadly are still a bit hit and miss .

If you are experiencing problems please email me .

We encountered a small loss in November but were desperately unlucky many times with long

priced selections failing by the narrowest of margins

I thank you for your loyal custom and hope you are enjoying watching the vast majority of the tips

running big races at big odds

I have decided to keep stats for Premium tip multis, so you can then see the massive returns possible.

£20 is a fair stake to risk on the multi. I would recommend the following

A £1 yank ( £11 pound) , or if the tips are long odds, an ew yank

Extra £1 win doubles

And an extra £1.50 ew acca

I have recently switched to Bet365 as my principal bookmaker, and it's been a smart move with so many extra place

races, and as many of my tips are ew , it make sense to include these concessions as part of the stats . I will in future

point this out with the tip write up

I consider betting  on the horses my hobby and all hobbies cost money, but I have proved that you can enjoy all the

pleasures a hobby brings and also come out with a profit .

Todays FREE tips wording2

Auckland Lodge for the all the way win in the 2.10

Selected Ponty – good to firm on this undulating , galloping and very stiff track

2.20 The fav is the well drawn Mark Johnston newcomer Motion and this well bred youngster is well respected for a red hot stable. Joshua R showed promise in both runs last season. On his debut he went for home a long way out and paid the price late on but improved on his 2nd start , which came over this C&d when more patient tactics were employed . Nicely drawn and a nice ew play .

¼ pt Joshua R @ 7/1

4.20 Aiya landed a decent event over C&d last year and ran well also first time back . He hasn’t been lucky in the draw but track form counts for plenty here and SDS rides this gutsy front runner .

¼ pt win Aiya @ 6/1

Selected Navan – good to firm on this undulating , galloping and stiff track

1.30 Early Call is a reliable soul who runs this C&D very well and despite being a few pounds high , will run his race and is preferred over Edessann who has a bit to prove on quick turf .

½ pt win Early Call @ 7/2

3.30 A good quality Listed race for fillies and I like the look of One Voice who looked good when winning at Leopardstown when making all . Longer trip shouldn’t be an issue .

¼ pt win One Voice @ 11/4

4.00 Buckhurst was impossible to knock last year with 3 wins and 2 seconds in just 6 starts . The drop in trip isn’t ideal and also carries a penalty but I’m still with this talented and determined sort .

¼ pt win Buckhurst @10/3

Selected Wolver- all weather – tapeta

2.10 Batchelor Boy is the short priced fav but happy to take him on dropping in trip from a bad draw. Auckland Lodge won 3 times last season , often from the front  and ended the season with a bold bid off this mark at Newcastle , so the surface is fine and likely this more benign track will help.

1/2 pt win Auckland Lodge @ 6/1

2.40 Sepahi has a recent win on his CV but the penalty and the wide draw asks questions regarding the double. Jem Scuttle is so hard to win with but as usual will be on the premises. Peachey Carnehan is capable over C&D off this mark when it drops right and worth a dabble .

¼ pt win Peachey Carnehan @ 10/1

4.45 Asbaagh looks the best shorty of the day so if you’re the brave type who like to stick on at short odds , this is your bet of the day at around evens , but to short for me for a single .

NO Bet

5.50 This has a winnable look to it and a good chance can be given to track regular Seaforth , a late player on a fair mark .

¼ pt win Seaforth @ 6/1

6.20 The consistent Bell Heather will give it a good go and runs this C&d well but is now on a testing mark. The front running deolali is not out of this and makes longshot appeal but the nod goes to Mabo , who I was with a few times last season when successful and remains on  a fair mark .

¼ pt win Mabo @ 6/1

Wolver placepot

16 bets

Selected Yarmouth- good ground on this flat and galloping track

Most of the races on the card are lotteries so just playing a couple with clear chances.

7.15 Pactolus is approaching the veteran stage but can still cut a dash . He’s better on the all weather and is rated a lofty 101 in that sphere but is no slouch on turf and his last win on grass came over C&D off a 3 pound higher mark . His recent comeback spin was OK and taken to land this winnable event .

½ pt win Pactolus @ 5/1

7.45 Spanish Main was a shock winner over C&D last year off a higher mark and has clear claims in a modest heat. Just a small play as usual headgear missing and has patchy form returning from a break.

¼ pt win Spanish Main @ 7/1

Selected Kempton – all weather – polytrack

5.30 An open 3yo handicap but preference for the well drawn Claudius secundus, who was 2nd in both starts last year , one over C&D , and his form puts him on a good mark . May try and make all.

½ pt win Claudius Secundus @ 5/1

7.30 Foresee took off last season winning 4 times and hitting the frame twice In an excellent series of 6 runs. His winning streak began off a lowly mark of 48 and ended with an unlucky 3rd off today’s mark of 68 ! He’s a winner here but his best runs have come on tapeta but nice odds to land this winnable event from a good draw .

¼ pt win Foresee @ 7/1

8.00 The ex-Irish Burmese Waltz runs in famous colours and has her first start for the top stable of Archie Watson. She’s obviously hard to keep sound as this is his first run for over a year ,but connections keep the faith and top Northern jockey has a rare visit to Kempton. The best time to catch long time absentees is first time back . She has the best of the draw and on a fair mark . The fav is the useful Shimmering Dawn , but does have a tricky draw and races off a testing mark .

¼ pt win Burmese Waltz @ 6/1

8.30 The fav is the ex-Irish May Remain who did well on his comeback spin , but would do well to go one better from the worst of the draw. Inaam came out of the cold with a win last time but that came over further and on his beloved tapeta. The well drawn Nezar comes here in decent form and on a fair mark . He runs this track well and chanced despite the trip being short enough .

¼ pt win Nezar @ 8/1
