and also of course the added excitement of many winners and close calls .

The issue regading your payments directly incrementing your account is still not 100% . It is working

but not immediately . If you find you don't have access to the Members' area within an hour

Registration problems sadly are still a bit hit and miss .

There were small losses for both the Premium Tips and lays and while of course profits are most preferable

In a month when  many days were raced on heavy ground, we didn't suffer greatly .

This month heralds the return of the flat season and The Cheltenham Festival, so if you haven't taken advantage of

the free week's trial,  this is an ideal time to do so . Just register and follow the prompts

I thank you for your loyal custom and hope you are enjoying watching the vast majority of the tips

running big races at big odds

I have decided to keep stats for Premium tip multis, so you can then see the massive returns possible.

£20 is a fair stake to risk on the multi. I would recommend the following

A £1 yank ( £11 pound) , or if the tips are long odds, an ew yank

Extra £1 win doubles

And an extra £1.50 ew acca

I have recently switched to Bet365 as my principal bookmaker, and it's been a smart move with so many extra place

races, and as many of my tips are ew , it make sense to include these concessions as part of the stats . I will in future

point this out with the tip write up

I consider betting  on the horses my hobby and all hobbies cost money, but I have proved that you can enjoy all the

pleasures a hobby brings and also come out with a profit .

Track star Mamoo to nail the 3.07

Selected Catterick – very soft ground on this undulating and sharp track

11.50 Not a deep race at all and a good opportunity for the in form King Golan who has responded very well to the drop In the weights with two good placed efforts , one coming over C&D. He can cope with the softer ground despite it not being ideal and this is not a big ask .

½ pt  ew  King Golan @ 15/2

12.20 The short priced fav is the lightly raced Gold Miner , 2nd in an uncompetitive novice hurdle at Leicester in the mud, so this sharp track asks questions . This is quite a deep event with all of Barrichello, Bollin Neil, Not What It Seems , South Terrace and Tardee having hopes but the nod goes to Bollin Neil , a strong staying on over C&D last time in the mud and has run well here on the flat on deep ground .

¼ pt  ew  Bollin Neil @ 13/2

1.30 This wont take much winning and a good opportunity for the in form Micks Maestro , who was still traveling strongly when taking a late fall last time out He handles soft ground and remains on a realistic mark .

½ pt win Micks Maestro @ 5/2

2.32 Hard to fancy much In this and the clear form horse is Event of Sivola , a good 2nd last time first run at around this trip . Softer ground today , nudged up the weights  and a poor win record but still preferred .

¼ pt win  Event Of Sivola @ 4/1

3.07 Maison D’Or always runs well here but so does Mamoo , who showed he was on the way back last time and softer ground well in his favour . The admirable Cudgel is now high enough in the weights and up in grade but is a Hexham specialist , a very different track from today . He’ll try his hardest but could find things happening a bit quick round here .

½ pt  win Mamoo @ 5/1

No advice from Limerick today

Selected Leopardstown – soft ground on this flat and galloping track

1.15 An absolute crackerjack Christmas Hurdle and with so little between many of these , I’m just going to sit back and enjoy the spectacle .

No Bet

1.50 The lightly raced Boher Cailin runs for a top stable and after winning her first two starts, a point and a novice hurdle was quickly pitched into Grade 2 company which was way beyond herm but the fact the stable thought it was worth a try makes her of  some interest off a mark of just 113.

½ pt win Boher Cailin @ 8/1

2.25 What a cracking field for the Grade 1 Savills Chase , quality right the way through but quite a few of these are going to have their stamina tested so the red pen for Easy Game , Melon , Samcro , Tornado Flyer, Fakir D’Ourdires and reluctantly the wonderful  racehorse A Plus Tard . Both Allaho and Delta work would have strong claims at their best but last few runs by each a bit below par . The fav is the very classy and consistent Minella Indo but this track may not be ideal . Presenting Percy has understandably taken his already top form up a notch since joining Gordon Elliott , but jockey booking not a positive . Kemboy on his day is red hot but has been very in and out for some time. Tout Est Permis is massively consistent and I can see him running through beaten horses to nail a place at long odds .

¼ pt  ew Tout Est Permis @ 66/1

Selected Newcastle- all weather – tapeta. The track is stiff and galloping

2.55 This is much deeper than the earlier race and recent C&d winner Greengage was only just ahead od St Just and Helix with Ad Libitum and Alfred Hutchinson not far behind but at the revised weights and probably under a more patient ride, Helix can come out on top .

4.05 Both My Boy Lewis and Island Storm have good enough form over C&D to be bang there both coming here in good for, The fav is the well handicapped Tricorn , but still not sufficiently convincing . Veteran Twin Appeal hasn’t been in scintillating form of late but last time was better and is now on a good mark . Nice longshot .

¼ pt  ew Twin Appeal @ 20/1

4.35 The odds on fav is the lightly raced Sword Spirit who was very well handicapped when  sluicing in at Lingfield in just an Ok race , but the 6 pound hit will test as will this very different track and surface. Catch My Breath did better last time over C&D and off this good mark could upset the fav at nice odds . Track specialist Jewel Maker is now a bit high in the weights but wont be far away .

¼ pt  ew Catch My Breath @ 11/1

5.05 It’s hard to see track regular Deodali doubling up off this mark and with so many of the field likely to find this trip too short or far , a chance is taken with Strawberryandcream , a C&D winner just two starts ago but failed to back it up next time , which is not rare. She runs well after a break and this hold up type will have a good pace to come off . Three Card Trick is hard to win with but has responded well to the drop in the ratings and shouldn’t be far away .

¼ pt  ew  Strawberryandcream @ 12/1

5.35 Hard to see Wrath of Hector doubling up off this mark after a win on the Southwell fibresand but there are plenty of contenders in this with all of Insuplus, Bobby Joe leg , unapologetic and Nordic Fire coming here in good form but the nod goes to track regular Oriental Lilly , who drops in grade and if getting a handy early pitch, this could be her day .

¼ pt  ew Oriental Lilly @ 8/1
