Today’s Multi – Yesterday 2 winners @ 5/1 & 13/2 !
Burning Cash 3.15 Hamilton @ 5/1
Puckle 3.55 @ 4/1
Global Storm 1.50 @ 2/1
Selected Salisbury – good to firm on this stiff and galloping track
1.00The two debut winners in Out In Yorkshire and Vaunted dominate the market but both carry penalties. The former looked when making all at Beverley , so this track should suit , and he had the field scattered all over the place, but the 2nd horse couldn’t win next time . Even money looks about right but not appealing .
2.05 The useful jumps horse Gumball is no slouch on the flat as he displayed with an al the way win in this event last time it was run , and despite being 3 pounds higher , could take some catching the prolific Prince Alex and the progressive opera Gift are both on testing marks for their comeback spins and the ground will be quick enough . Boss Power has been nudged up the weights and has stamina to prove .
¼ pt win Gumball @ 13/2
2.35 Folly Beach has a lot to do but the other four all have clear claims and at the odds prefer Gustav Holst , a good 3rd on debut and stamina assured .
¼ pt win Gustav Holst @ 7/2
3.10 No Recollection did very well on his comeback spin with a close 3rd at Sandown which makes him the one to beat , but 5/4 very short for a hold up type.
3.45 The short priced fav is recent Wolver winner Samoot , but she’s closely matched with Rumaythan on that run and at the odds is preferred .
¼ pt win Rumaythah @ 6/1
Selected Newmarket – good to firm on this undulating , galloping and stiff track
1.15 A tricky opener but the fav in Francesco Guardi was turned over good style at very short odds , and had some kind of excuse as he stumbled badly, but even so should have done chunks better and his standout piece of form came on soft ground . River Alwen has claims but the quick ground will test . The lightly raced pair of Western Symphony and Kehalian have both only raced exclusively on the all weather but well weighted on their form and these could fight out the finish ,and the nod goes to the former with the slightly stronger form at this trip
¼ pt win western Symphony @ 3/1
1.50 The Mark Johnston pair of sky defender and the hat-trick seeking zabeel Champion are both useful handicappers and both like to race prominently as does Grand Bazaar , who is now looking a bit high in the weights. The expected good pace will set this up nicely for course specialist Global Storm, who is 2 from 2 here and ran well at this trip last time .
¼ pt win Global Storm @ 15/8

3.00 PREMIUM RACE
3.40 The 1000 guineas and the fav is Santa Barbara who was mightily impressive on her debut , running to a good level without really breaking sweat and trainer Aidan O’Brien has not kept it a secret how highly he rates her , stating he can’t find another horse good enough to work with her ! and considering the abundance of talent in the stable, she could win this doing cartwheels , but 6/4 plenty short enough . Alcohol Free has established herself as a classy filly but was all out last time to prevail , not running to her best , and that came over 7 furlongs , so the extra furlong today likely to test . saffron Beach has only ever raced here and has 2 wins and a 2nd, the runner up spot came behind Sacred , who has strong claims today , but as this extra furlong will suit the tip, could be a massive day for the small stable of Jane Chapple- Hyam .
¼ pt ew Saffron Beach @ 10/1
Selected Hamilton – good to firm on this undulating , stiff and galloping track
2.10 Soul Seeker looked good when dropping in trip and making all at Ponty beating a progressive type and is only 2 pounds higher and has clear claims but track specialist ventura Flame is only 2 pounds higher for an unlikely looking win at Beverley , coming from way back and just gets the nod .
¼ pt win Ventura Flame @ 11/4
2.40 Mark Johnston saddles three in the useful trio of the penalised Hochfeld , The trader and Notation and all three are front runners ! so could easily harm each other’s chance battling for early supremacy , while Great Esteem could also join in the fun up front which makes the most progressive Ben Lilly the logical choice , but too short for me .
3.15 A good quality Class 2 sprint and the short priced fav is the unbeaten Dragon Symbol , who’s 3 from 3 and all on the all weather and all over a longer trip and graduates from handicaps so has plenty to do against proven performers in this grade . It looked like burning Cash was flattered when a close 4th in a Donny group 2 at the fair odds of 150/1, but has kept that form well and did little wrong in a Class 3 Nottingham sprint on comeback with Muker just behind and Ben Macdui running another flat one and taken to land this .
½ pt win Burning Cash @ 5/1
3.55 Quite an open event with only Flood defence not coming here in form . All of Where’s Jeff , G for Gabrial and el Picador are hold up types which could hand the initiative to Beverley specialist Puckle, who should handle both this track and longer trip and could be away and gone .
½ pt win Puckle @ 4/1
