Expecting a Sensational September

August was pretty much a level month for Members both for Premium tips & lays and while

of course profits are preferable, not too bad coming out slightly the wrong side , and it's a small

price to pay for a month's entertainment . The Premier Tip Multis however came out with a very

healthy £170 profit , ROI 32 % and there were big profits for followers of the onsite multi ,

placepot picks and the free tip singles also showed a 10% profit , so all in all a pretty good month.

It was a big ask hoping to replicate the record breaking profits of July , but with a little bit of luck

we would have been comfortably in profit

The issue regading your payments directly incrementing your account is still not 100% . It is working

but not immediately . If you find you don't have access to the Members' area within an hour

of purchase, please contact me at Twitter or john@racehorsetipster.com . Apologies .

Registration problems sadly are still a bit hit and miss .

If you are experiencing problems please email me .

I thank you for your loyal custom and hope you are enjoying watching the vast majority of the tips

running big races at big odds

I have decided to keep stats for Premium tip multis, so you can then see the massive returns possible.

£20 is a fair stake to risk on the multi. I would recommend the following

A £1 yank ( £11 pound) , or if the tips are long odds, an ew yank

Extra £1 win doubles

And an extra £1.50 ew acca

I have recently switched to Bet365 as my principal bookmaker, and it's been a smart move with so many extra place

races, and as many of my tips are ew , it make sense to include these concessions as part of the stats . I will in future

point this out with the tip write up

I consider betting  on the horses my hobby and all hobbies cost money, but I have proved that you can enjoy all the

pleasures a hobby brings and also come out with a profit .

Get ready to Boom a good priced winner in the 5.00

Today’s Multi

3 £1 doubles & £1 ew treble

Ugo Gregory 3.45 @ 7/4

Boom The Groom 5.00 @ 13/2

Finvarra 8.05 @ 2/1

Selected Bath – good to soft on this sharp but stiff track

1.00This is a right puzzle with so much competition for the lead , so many on high marks and we can throw softer ground into the mix too .

No Bet

2.05 Peggoty has run very well In both runs and proven at the trip on soft ground and stiff tracks and looks a most solid fav . Pure Charmer has had plenty of chances and took a severe step backwards last time .

¾ pt  win Peggotty @ 10/11

2.35 The fav is True Romance but recent form has been weak while the consistent Teamlucky has been nudged up the ratings and this stiff C&d on easy ground will test his stamina. The lightly raced Merlin’s Beard hinted in maidens that he would be suited to a longer trip and so he was staying on well over C&D to be a 2 lengths 5th of 13 and with stamina assured a more positive ride likely today . That run came on fast turf but encouragement from the pedigree that he’ll handle easy ground. Both It’s How we Roll and Hooves Like Jagger bring decent form into the contest but easy ground the issue.

¼ pt win Merlin’s Beard @ 7/2

3.05 Another fiercely competitive sprint handicap and you can make a case for many but the consistent Breath Of sun returns after a below par run and has only raced on the all weather , so going and this trip against him . Last Page has dropped to a good mark and wasn’t beaten far over C&D last time . Dropped in the ratings and softer ground will help .

¼ pt  ew  Last Page @ 10/1

3.35 All of Foxy Femme, Camacho man , Beastie Boy and  Hellavapace have claims but the nod goes to  the latter after a good 2nd at Brighton on easy ground this C&D should help .

¼ pt win Hellavapace @ 7/2

Bath placepot

Selected Beverley – soft ground on this stiff and galloping track

2.15  The admirable Sophies Star won well over C&D last time and soft ground no issue but the wide draw is as well as the double penalty . The fav is Dreams Of Thunder , when well backed at Windsor in  a small field where they finished in a bit of a heap, so the jury’s out regarding the value of that form  and she too is badly drawn and has very different conditions today . The well drawn Gentle Ellen ran well on easy ground at Carlisle on her debut in quite a competitive maiden and backed that up with a most solid run at Ponty on fast round and a longer trip .She is likely to be flying at the finish .

¼ pt win Gentle Allen @ 7/2

3.15 This looks a simple task for Golden Flame but I wont be diving in at a shade of odds on .

No Bet

3.45 The very much back to form Ugo Gregory has the draw in his favour and the ground and this C&D winner is likely to take a handy sit and looks a very solid fav in a race more about quantity than quality .The back to form Proud Archi likes it here but has been unlucky in the draw and soft ground no help at all.

½ pt  win Uno Gregory @ 7/4

Beverley placepot

Selected Brighton – good to firm on this undulating, sharp and tricky track

5.00 The front running Aisha is 2 from 2 over C&D which counts for plenty at this unique track and could well be up to the 4 pound penalty . She had Minhaaj in 2nd last time but she’s unlikely to reverse the form  on quicker ground despite a pull in the weights . The veteran Boom The Groom is not the good sprinter he was , peak form was a win off a mark of 102 ! , but entitled to now being a 10yo but is holding his form well down in the ratings and grade . He went close over C&D on fast turf when trying to make all and was chinned a short head ! He has only his 3rd ever race in Class 5 and has been placed 2 of them . He could steal Aisha’s thunder by trying to make all , and wasn’t stopping here last time and Hollie Doyle takes the ride today . Could surprise at nice odds .

½ pt win Boom The Groom @ 13/2

5.35 Vandab has clearly the best form but is winless after 17 runs and new to this tricky circuit and up against a few unexposed ones ,wouldn’t be surprised if he had to wait longer for his big day .

No Bet

6.05 This should be an absolute breeze for the useful Flame of Freedom against modest rivals, but is 1/4 !

NO Bet

6.35 The short priced fav is the downgraded and well handicapped Confils, but his last win came over 2 years ago so makes little appeal at the odds , despite a decent effort on fast ground at Bath a few months ago . Eltham Palace is massively consistent but can’t nail one and fast ground no help .Be Fair has run well here the last twice but is another who could find the ground too lively . The front running Contingency Fee is 3 from 6 here and fast ground suits. He’s on a hat-trick but also on a very testing mark, but could get away with it in this field .

¼ pt win Contingency Fee @9/2

7.05 Few of these have showed form good enough to be considered and it offers a decent opportunity for Kelmscott a decent 4th at Goodwood last time with Eton Blue just behind and this could be his day . The lightly raced Heath Rise has showed promise and not ruled out .

¼ pt win Kelmscott @ 11/4

7.35 The odds on fav is the hat-trick seeking front running Arctic Emperor but the 5 pound hit wont help and is likely to be pressed for the lead by the admirably consistent Alibaba , who can’t be ruled out . The strong pace will help the late players but as Strawberry Jack has struggled In both tries here a chance can be given to the back to form Buckingham, a last gasp winner at Bath on fast ground off around this mark and the stable does very well with older horses here .

½ pt win Buckingham @ 8/1

8.05 Finvarra is 2 from 4 at Brighton , which counts for plenty and comes here on a hat-trick after unlucky runs in his first two tries . He’s 5 pounds higher but has been winning as he liked and against modest opposition , the treble is on .

½ pt win  Finvarra @ 7/4

Selected Southwell – good ground on this flat and sharp track

5.45 Dreamsundermyfeet is looking well ahead of the game but does have a stiff 12 hit for his 2nd win here and tries fences for the first time , but this isn’t a deep contest . Generation Gap struggled with a sharper track last time and likely to fare no better on this speed track . Laura Morgan has a terrific record here in handicap chases and saddles the lightly raced Percussion , who has run well in two novice hurdles and looks worth a try .

¼ pt win Percussion @ 15/2

6.15 Quite an open good quality small field chase but Rock On  Fruity is high enough in the ratings and could well find it happening all too quickly on this speed track returning from a 3 months break. The longer trip is the issue with What’s Occurring but the other three tick plenty of boxes and the faintest of nods goes to the well handicapped and downgraded Activial .

¼ pt win Activial @ 5/1

8.20 Pinnacle Peak hasn’t broken sweat winning his last two including once here but the 7 pound hit will test as will the drop in trip as before hitting form was a well held 4th over C&d off a 12 lower mark ! Oasis Prince was rated a very decent 82 on the flat and should be able to win off a mark of just 101 over hurdles as his flat mark equates to 120 over jumps . He stepped up on previous with a decent 2nd over C&D , given a patient ride but finishing with plenty in the tank and looks solid ew .

½ pt   ew  Oasis Prince @ 13/2

8.50 A tricky finale and the novice Edinburgh Castle is starting to look hard to win with but the longer trip and now going handicapping, there could be improvement. Isthebaropen  has yet to open her  account but was a solid 2nd over C&D last time and despite a nudge up the weights , this could be her day .

¼ pt win Isthebaropen @ 7/2
