Novembers are often Nice to us

October Review : We came out  with a very small profit with the Premium Tips and a very small loss on the Lays

but another good month for the Premium Multi with a profit of £115, ROI 21% . Not a bad month as most punters

and tipsters would be satisfied with a level month considering you’ve also had the pleasure of ploughing through

all the facts and figures , coming up with “ The One” and of course experiencing the thrill of watching the tips, in the main running

big races.

The issue regading your payments directly incrementing your account is still not 100% . It is working

but not immediately . If you find you don't have access to the Members' area within an hour

I thank you for your loyal custom and hope you are enjoying watching the vast majority of the tips

running big races at big odds

I have decided to keep stats for Premium tip multis, so you can then see the massive returns possible.

£20 is a fair stake to risk on the multi. I would recommend the following

A £1 yank ( £11 pound) , or if the tips are long odds, an ew yank

Extra £1 win doubles

And an extra £1.50 ew acca

I have recently switched to Bet365 as my principal bookmaker, and it's been a smart move with so many extra place

races, and as many of my tips are ew , it make sense to include these concessions as part of the stats . I will in future

point this out with the tip write up

I consider betting  on the horses my hobby and all hobbies cost money, but I have proved that you can enjoy all the

pleasures a hobby brings and also come out with a profit .

The drinks are on Ouzo in the 3.15

Today's Fortune for a Fiver

50p ew trixie & 50p ew treble

Ouzo 3.15 @ 15/2

Illusionist 4.20 @ 12/1

Dancing Shadow 2.10 @ 9/1

Selected Chepstow – good ground on this undulating , galloping and quite stiff track

1.00Knappers Hill was unbeaten in 3 Bumpers last season culminating in a smart win in a Grade 2  at Aintree, which is vey strong form . He promises to be a very smart recruit to the hurdling ranks and this uncompetitive hurdle is a lovely place to start for this 1/6 shot .

No Bet

1.35 Hard to rule any of the 4 out in this good grade novice chase and what makes it even more difficult is that all of these useful staying hurdlers go fencing for the first time ever , so it’s all about who is best suited to the larger obstacles and of course we’ll know after the event ! The short priced fav is Threeunderthrufive , who actually was the lowest rated over hurdles and happy to take him on with the very useful handicap hurdler Ask Dillon , who comes to hand  early and has the stamp of a chaser .

½ pt win Ask Dillon @ 7/2

2.10 The front running Dancing Shadow almost ran them into the ground in this race last year on similar ground , but was chinned close home . With the front looking to be his own today , and only a pound higher , looks a very solid ew chance , but hasn’t won for 4 years ! but has gone close and this has a winnable look .

½ pt  ew  Dancing Shadow @ 9/1

2.45 A good quality Grade 2 Hurdle and plenty of prolific and progressive young hurdlers so surprising that the fav is Luttrell Lad as his hurdles form needs severely improving upon . Very hard to be sure in this , but the 4 timer seeking Coeur Serie came to hand early and improved with every run and like his chance at the odds .

¼ pt  win Coeur Serein @ 13/2

3.20 A good quality handicap hurdle for 4yos and the only certainty is that  this will be raced at a ferocious pace , with half of the field confirmed front runners , including the short priced fav Hell Red, who’s on  a stiff enough mark anyway . With so much early pace I’m drawn to a late player in the shape of Herbiers , who is 2 from 2 in handicaps , but I was with him both times and won with plenty to spare and could be capable of the 8 pound higher mark. What puts me off a bit is that trainer Oliver Greenhall is going through a bad spell and his record here poor, but still have to have a little play.

¼ pt ew Herbiers @ 8/1

Selected Newmarket good to soft on this undulating , galloping and  stiff track

1.50 A wide open Group 3 2yo sprint and like the odds of the front running French raider Papa Don’t Preach, who brings very solid form to the table .

¼ pt  ew  Papa Don’t Preach @ 9/1

2.25 Another Group 3 for 2yos and even trickier than the earlier one as this is full of unexposed types . The nod goes to the useful and consistent Pearl Glory , and this longer trip likely to bring about an even better run judged on pedigree .

¼ pt win Pearl Glory @ 7/2

3.35 Inspiral has been awesome in winning all 3 starts and is the odds on shot for this Group 1 and is obviously the one to beat , but this is her stiffest test so far and some useful fillies take her on , but should still be good enough , once again coming off the pace .

½ pt win Inspiral @ 4/5

4.40 Soft Whisper has a vey strong chance at the ratings and should be able to take her customary position at the head of affairs . She was a smart winner here last time and on breeding , the longer trip and  softer ground are actually bonuses . Hard to see Irish raider La Jaconda making an impact dropping in trip .

½ pt  win Soft Whisper @ 7/2

Selected York – soft ground on this flat and galloping track

2.05 This nursery is as wide open as it comes and very hard to rule anything comprehensively out. Josies Kid looks a most lively longshot . Very consistent , on a good mark for his first nursery , historically well drawn and with not much early pace about , has a good race make up for a prominent racer . Proven on soft ground and the stable has a good record with first time geldings .

½ pt  ew Josies Kid @ 16/1

2.40 Bond Chairman keeps the very best of company and brings the best form comfortably to the table and despite the penalty and the soft ground being a question mark , not bad odds if the ground doesn’t hold him back .

¼ pt win Bond Chairman @ 3/1

3.15 This has a most winnable look to it with plenty of in form types now on stiff marks, the ground wont help that many and many of the in form types will be in a battle for early domination , far from ideal  in the mud. Ouzo won this last year off the same mark and ground . His form this season hasn’t been great but he has finally been dropped to a winning mark and has the ground in his favour . He has a good race make up for a late player but a bit worried about the wide draw .

½ pt  ew  Ouzo @ 15/2

4.20 Plenty of early dash from Jabbarockie, Mid Winter and Good Luck Fox , who are all drawn high and none of them ticking enough boxes to go all the way . Illusionist was 2nd In this last year off around this mark, not the first time he’s run well here in the mud . A late player and nicely drawn to keep the front in view . Nice ew play in what looks a winnable event .

½ pt  ew  Illusionist @ 12/1

Selected Dundalk – all weather – polytrack

4.45 Marsha put in a good run here last time and bred for this longer trip. Draw could have been kinder .

¼ pt  win Marsha @ 5/2

5.45 The lightly raced Ramon Di Loria ran a cracker over C&D last time and has generously been dropped a pound . He’s another one unlucky In the draw , but still remains the one to beat .

¼ pt win Ramon Di Loria @ 7/2

6.15 Plenty of these are now on stiff marks , so worth trying Pulse Of shanghai , who landed 3 wins over C&D last season and still feasibly weighted .

¼ pt win Pulse Of shanghai @ 5/1

6.56 Alhaazm came into his last race here ,  4 from 4 at the track and it’s unsure whether he lost his record due to the longer trip or the higher mark.  Worth chancing back to a more appropriate trip .

¼ pt win Alhaazm @ 5/1

7.15 Clew Bay was a ready winner over C&D last time , her first try here in a handicap and up in trip . Could well double up in a race with far more quantity than quality .

¼ pt win Clew Bay @ 5/2

Selected Newcastle – all weather – tapeta . The track is stiff and galloping

4.50 It took Peerless Paddy 15 runs to get off the mark and comes here today on a hat-trick, both wins over C&D and despite a 4 pound hit , remains the one to beat . Viceregent was 2nd to him last time and entitled to get closer on 2 pounds better terms, but wins with him very hard to come by. The very much in form Major Snugfit , 2 wins and 2 seconds In his last 4 is only a pound higher for a big run when 2nd last time and despite his form figures here being 0 places from 5 tries, he has run pretty well in those races .

½ pt win Peerless Paddy @ 5/2

5.55 Boy in the Bar was remarkably tough when winning over C&D last time and is just a pound worse off with the 2nd, the consistent Debated , but in a race where it’s hard to fancy many , looks solid ew .

½ pt  ew  Boy In The Bar @ 8/1

6.30 The odds on fav is Godolphin’s Great Hunter , a promising 2nd on debut but still has to find a few lengths to trouble the consistent Maywake who brings very solid C&D form to the table .

¼ pt win  Maywake @ 5/2

7.00 The highly consistent Makeen comes here on the back of a narrow defeat over C&D and this strong finisher stays on the same mark . Good chance of a deserved win .

½ pt  win  Makeen @ 2/1

7.30 Treading carefully here as hardly any of these are screaming to be backed in this apprentices’ handicap but C&D winner The Thin Blue Line is now 5 pounds below his last winning mark and has a first ever try in Class 6 .

¼ pt win The Thin Blue Line @ 5/1

8.00 The recent winners , the very reliable Ginato and Kilconquhar are now both a bit high in the ratings and so is another recent winner in Elladora but she has some good form in the book off higher marks, so given the nod .

¼ pt  ew  Elladora @ 15/2

8.30 The back to form Another Angel made a bold bid over C&D last time , but was chinned on the line . He stays on the same mark and with not a great deal of early pace in the field, could dominate and keep it going to the line. The late playing Nibras Shadow drops slightly in grade and runs this C&D very well and is a big danger and the well handicapped Navajo Spring has showed some signs of a revival of late and runs this C&D well .

¼ pt   ew  Another Angel @ 15/2
